The student of Ankumbura Parakrama National Collage show an immense passion towards the art of Dancing. There are four teachers in charge of the subject who has dedicated themselves for the betterment of these talented students.
Students who participated in the All Island  Dancing Competition in year 2012 up heald the name of the school through several achievements.

A “Thalam Dance”(age limit -Junior) and a “Goyam Dance’ (age limit-open) were performed and achieved the first place at the zonal level competition “Thalam Dance’ won the second place and the “Goyam Dance’ attained the first place in the provincial level competition. These achievements paved the path for the students to participate and give remarkable performances in the All Island Dancing Competition.
