The New Principal of Mother Parakrama

After the retirement of Mr.R.W.M.K.U.B.Rajapakshe is the previous principal of Ankumbura central collage. Venerable Haliyadde Sarananda received the duties as new principal of our school. The thero worked as an academic staff member of our school. To mark this event a pirith ceremony and alms giving was held of the school.

The chief incumbent of Ankumbura Raja Maha Viharaya venerablle Haliyadde Saranda thero is the 1st Buddhist priest who received duties as the principal in our school.
